Xerox CopyCentre C20

Busy small office environments will appreciate the high-end features found in the CopyCentre C20 laser desktop copier from Xerox. It carries a high price tag, but it will meet the needs of busy SOHO users by offering a feature set that surpasses most of its competitors.
The CopyCentre C20 will run at a top speed of 22 ppm in "Draft" mode, but its overall speed doesn't suffer much when you're making copies in "Best" mode. This unit's top resolution is standard for a copier with laser-printing technology, running at 600x600 dpi. The CopyCentre C20's ability to resize original documents at between 25 and 400 percent is standard as well. Copies are very sharp with the CopyCentre C20's laser technology.
This unit has a couple of minor drawbacks. First, it cannot handle paper larger than 8.5-by-14 inches (legal size). Second, Ethernet networking capabilities are only available as an optional accessory.
Finally, the CopyCentre C20 can handle an extremely heavy volume of work. Xerox gives this desktop copier a monthly workload volume up to 20,000 copies, which is far above average. And you'll rarely run out of paper with this unit and its 550-sheet paper tray. (A second 550-sheet tray is available as an optional accessory.) The CopyCentre C20 also has a 100-sheet secondary paper tray for specialty copy jobs.
The CopyCentre C20's high price tag means only offices with high-end needs will be able to afford this desktop copier. If you need a workhorse of a copier and have the budget for it, though, the CopyCentre C20 should be near the top of your list, thanks to its list of above-average features.
Pros: Many above-average features, laser sharp copies, above average print speed, workhorse copier, very large paper tray, no warm-up required
Cons: High starting price, networking is an add-on, no extra-large paper
