The XACT XTR3CK satellite radio tuner is one of the most flexible Sirius Satellite Radio plug-and-play car tuners we've seen. The XTR3CK can be mounted just about anywhere, and it comes with a mount that will adhere to the dashboard, suction cups to stick it on the windshield and a clip to attach it to a sun visor. Optional vehicle-specific mounts are also available.

The XTR3CK is a small component with a unique look. It has a large rotary knob on one side for navigating the 120-plus channels of the Sirius lineup, and the 16-character monochromatic display scrolls through song title, channel name and artist name information. A handy feature flips the display so that it is still readable if the XTR3CK is mounted upside-down on a visor. On top of the unit are three banks of six station preset buttons.

The XTR3CK has a built-in FM transmitter that can send the satellite audio signal to an unused FM frequency on your head unit's FM tuner, eliminating the need for a wired connection. For the best connection quality, however, you should use the XTR3CK's mini-plug line output. A wireless remote control comes with the unit, along with the rooftop antenna and a car power outlet adapter. Once you've activated your Sirius subscription, the XTR3CK is a simple and extremely affordable way to listen to Sirius Satellite Radio.
