Manufactured by VillaWare, the UNO Panini Grill makes perfect Italian-style grilled sandwiches.

Styled in cast aluminum with black accents, the UNO grill features two 9x11-inch ribbed nonstick grill plates, connected by a large press handle. The floating hinge attached to the top grill plate adjusts the actual height of the plate to accommodate extra-thick sandwiches.

The plates are designed not only to grill sandwiches, but also to grill vegetables and/or meats on their own. The ribbed surface of the grill plate sears the meats or vegetables, allowing juices to drain away and collect in a separate drip tray.

An adjustable temperature gauge allows you to regulate the cooking heat to suit the foods being prepared. The nonstick grids provide excellent release with or without added oil or cooking spray. Green and red lights signal that the grill is preheating and let you know when the correct temperature has been reached. After an 5-minute pre-heating cycle, sandwiches cook in just minutes. The cool grip handle prevents scalded knuckles.
