The Z5 has a sturdy, steel-gray, minimalist design that looks good anywhere. Function is not forsaken for form. Heart Rate Control not only monitors the heart, but adjusts levels of resistance to help the user maintain their desired rate. The ergonomically designed seat is firmly locked into any of 24 seat positions, and the back adjusts from 45 to 75 degrees.

The Z5 comes with four preset programs for weight loss, CV workout, hill interval, and random. Each of these programs has its own set of 16 resistance levels.

Best of all, with the True Fitness Z5, you can go from one program to another with a single touch. The plug-in eddy current brake system provides constant torque, just as if you were on the road, while the 8x16-inch heart rate monitor keeps you in control of your workout.
