The Toastmaster Cool-Touch 2-Slice Bagel Toaster TT2CTBB is attractively designed in black plastic with a stainless-steel front control panel. This model has two extra-wide 1-1/4-inch toasting slots that are 5-1/2 inches long to accommodate hearty homemade bread slices, bagels, pastries, and other convenience foods.

To use, simply select your toast shade using the color control knob, then press the carriage lever. Wire bread guides automatically adjust to the thickness of the bread to hold the food centered for even toasting. The lightest setting (1) warms or lightly toasts your food, while the darkest setting (5) produces a crisper product. You should start with the dial set in the middle and adjust the setting according to your own preferences. There are also three specialty buttons: Defrost, which adjusts the toasting time to first thaw and then toast the food; Reheat, which uses a gentle warming of approximately 30 seconds; and Bagel, which toasts only one side of the food. An automatic reset feature returns the toaster to the basic settings each time it shuts off.

When the toast cycle has completed, the carriage lever will automatically pop up and the toaster will shut itself off. To interrupt the toasting cycle you can press the "cancel" button to halt toasting. Additional features include power indicator lights, cord storage, a removable crumb tray, and, of course, the stay-cool housing.
