The Sony SRF-H4 is a headset radio designed for comfort, performance, and safety. The SRF-H4 has an AM/FM tuner with stereo reception. Although it is an analog tuner, the radio isolates stations very well, blocking out adjacent frequencies that can creep in and cause interference.

Compared to earlier models, the SRF-H4 is very rugged and durable. The double-strapped headband spreads out the weight of the unit for added comfort, and it creates a more stable platform. One safety feature we really like is the reflector built onto the end of the antenna.

The SRF-H4 provides extremely long playback with one AAA battery. It has a decent, well-balanced sound, but it gets even better when engaging Sony's MegaBass low-end enhancement. There is also an FM sensitivity switch for local or distant stations. The Sony SRF-H4 is a reliable and functional headset radio for a very good price.
