Simplicity's 23-Horsepower Hydro Prestige garden tractor with Command V-Twin engine delivers professional-looking results, thanks primarily to its Free Floating mower deck. The 50-inch deck pivots left to right as it follows the contours of a yard, resulting in a smooth, precise cut without scalping.

Cutting height is infinitely adjustable, and can be set anywhere between 1-1/4 and 3-3/4 inches. Other user-friendly perks include an adjustable 18-inch high-back seat, cruise control, a tiltable padded steering wheel, and Simplicity's Quick Hitch system, which lets you add and remove attachments without tools.

This model has manual steering, probably its only shortfall. However, the Prestige is also available with power steering for about $6,300 for the 50-inch deck.

The Simplicity Prestige tractor comes with a welded steel frame and Automatic Controlled Traction, which continuously provides power to both rear wheels and reduces slipping, an especially nice feature in wet grass, gravel, mud, or snow.
