The 934-20-11 is powered by a 12-amp (6.5 peak hp) motor, yet is relatively quiet for its size. The tank holds 20 gallons, large enough for big cleanups, especially water spills that need to be picked up fast. The large drain is well placed and easy to use. The electric cord is 20-feet long. The unit has two large wheels and a handle on the rear so it can be moved up and down stairs more easily, even when the tank is full.

At 8 feet, the lock-on hose is a little longer than most other models; the diameter of hose is the standard 2-1/2 inches. Two rigid extension wands and four nozzles (14 inch floor, 8 inch utility, crevice tool and concentrator nozzles) are included. Accessories are stored on the case so you can find them when you need them. By the way, you can also use the Shop-Vac 934-20-11 as a blower to clear leaves or other debris from your yard, deck or driveway. Of course, it's not as portable as a handheld leaf blower, but it works.

One of the nice features of the 934-20-11 is the disposable filter bag. It can collect dust and debris for easy removal. We prefer a disposable filter bag rather than having to dump and clean out a liner-less tank. There's also a replaceable cartridge filter that reduces dust flying from the exhaust or damaging the motor.

Because this model is built sturdier than most consumer models, the 934-20-11 has a 5-year limited warranty rather than the more common 1 to 3 years. That says something about the quality.
