Foods cook quickly and evenly, and the circular shape prevents any foods from being trapped in a corner and burning. A removable variable-temperature dial control has settings from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit, plus keep warm and off. Special features of this pan include a full-view glass domed lid with pull handle, a steam vent, and an extra-thick 18/10 stainless-steel base with die-cast in heat element that provides even temperature throughout the cooking surface.
