The Rival Removable Pan Electric Skillet S16RB is extremely versatile, allowing you to cook and serve in one handy pan. The convenience comes from the unit's removable pan, which sits securely over the heating coils during use and then lifts off for serving and cleaning. The large 12x16-inch skillet is more than two inches deep and can accommodate up to six good-sized burgers, four rib eye steaks, or family-sized stir-fry, rice, or casserole dishes.

An adjustable temperature control provides settings from 150 degrees (warm) to 400 degrees Fahrenheit--suitable for everything from frying eggs and French toast to sizzling fajitas. The skillet surface heats up fast and, because the coils are spread out across the length of the pan, delivers heat throughout the surface. A full-view glass lid locks in heat, preserving moisture and flavor. The lid knob also has a steam-release vent, which lets you adjust the amount of steam that is allowed to escape.
