Even though it has relatively basic features, the RCA RCD152 boom box sounds good and proves to be a smart value. This boom box is short on bells and whistles, but it makes the most of what it has.

The RCD152 has a front-loading CD player and a top-loading cassette player/recorder, as well as a digital AM/FM tuner. The disc player is compatible with CD-R/RW, but it will not play MP3 or other digital audio files. It has a 20-track programmable memory, as well as the standard repeat and shuffle playback modes.
