Polaroid TTM2003 20-inch TV/DVD combination
Date Published: 10/26/07
The Polaroid TTM2003 is a 20-inch TV/DVD combination player that is ideal for a bedroom or dorm room. The silver cabinet is compact, with a pair of stereo speakers located beneath the 4:3 aspect ratio screen. Also located on the front panel of the cabinet are control buttons, a set of composite video inputs, and the DVD slot.
The screen is flatter than many traditional tube TVs, which helps to reduce glare and distortion. The picture is sharp and clear, with very good color. The TTM2003's multiformat DVD player can handle audio CD as well, and the player can display digital photos burned to disc. Four presets make quick work of adjusting the picture settings for movies, sports, standard content, and a custom setting.
Other convenience features include parental controls, an adjustable sleep timer, and memory for favorite channels. The rear of the TTM2003 has only an RF input, a composite video input, and an audio output, but given the integrated DVD player, that may suffice. The included remote control is a comfortably designed model that can handle all of the TTM2003's adjustment options and DVD functions.
The listed price of $165 is an approximate street price, as MSRP data was unavailable.
