The Panasonic RC-7150 is a simple clock radio that works just fine, provided you aren't expecting too much. The RC-7150 features small stereo speakers spaced as wide as possible, giving it a respectable stereo image considering its compact size. In fact, this system sounds rather good in spite of the small speakers. The RC-7150 has an AM/FM analog tuner, so you can choose your favorite station on either band.

The RC-7150 is an easy clock to operate, with forward, reverse, and fast settings making setting the time or alarm a snap. This single-alarm unit has a large doze (snooze) button to get a few extra minutes of shut-eye after the main alarm sounds, and it also has a sleep timer. The large LED display is easy to read in most lighting situations. There is no battery backup. If you're looking for an inexpensive clock radio to handle only the most basic functions, it is hard to beat the Panasonic RC-7150.
