From Oster's Inspire line comes this functional and versatile oven with bake, broil, and toast capabilities, plus the ability to handle a full-size (12-inch) frozen or homemade pizza. The Oster Inspire Pizza Fit and Convection Oven 6295 has a curved rear wall that allows a large round pan to fit inside the oven. The exterior dimensions of the unit are 20.5 inches wide by 11.5 inches tall by 15.4 inches deep.

The machine has a built-in convection fan, which is designed to circulate air around the oven for faster heating and more even cooking. There are three dial knobs that control the function (warm, broil, toast or bake); oven temperature (150-450 degrees Fahrenheit); and oven timer/toast on setting. The timer also acts as the unit's on button. Turning the dial to a set length of time (up to 60 minutes) activates the heating and begins a countdown that eventually shuts the machine off automatically. There is also a "stay on" setting. The unit comes with two removable wire racks, a shallow 8.5x10-inch bake pan with broil insert, and slide-out crumb tray.

Although you can use both racks at once, especially with the convection fan distributing the heat throughout the oven, we preferred using just one rack for faster cooking and even browning. Other features include stay-cool oven door handles, double-wall construction for better heat retention, an auto-advance feature that slides the lower rack forward as the oven door is opened, non-stick interior, and rubber feet for stability on your counter.
