The Oster Indoor Grill 4774 is a compact tabletop appliance that lets you enjoy the delicious flavor of grilled foods indoors. This unit consists of a 12x18-inch oblong cooking base/drip tray with a nonstick cast-aluminum grill plate and removable temperature probe. Because the heating element is embedded in the grill plate, the heat travels directly through the surface for an overall consistent grilling temperature, which you can adjust from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on your cooking needs. There is also a warm/simmer setting, which is handy for keeping foods warm and ready for serving.

The grill surface provides 170 square inches of cooking surface, suitable for cooking six hamburgers or four medium steaks. The base also acts as a drip tray to catch excess oils, fat, and grease. When you are done cooking, simply allow the grill to cool off, remove temperature probe, and place both the grill plate and the base in the dishwasher.
