The black anodized aluminum exterior looks sleek and sharp while the neoprene interior holds the Sony PSP console snugly and protects it from shock. The soft interior also protects the PSP screen from getting scratched.

But it's more than just luggage. The case features a lithium-ion battery inside, giving you up to seven more hours of power for your Sony PSP console--great for those marathon gaming sessions or watching a few UMD movies on a cross-country flight.

Because of the battery inside, the case is a bit heavier than it needed to be just for protecting the PSP. Still, it fits easily inside a bag or backpack, and it feels incredibly sturdy when it's closed up.

The case is designed to function as an external power source, so your Sony PSP console will go through the case's power supply first when watching movies--it can even use the case's power to recharge its own internal battery, and then you can pull it out and game with more power. There's an LED that will flash red on the front of the case when its battery is close to depletion.

The case uses the PSP's own AC adapter to recharge, and it comes with an extension cable so you can plug the PSP into the case's recharge socket, letting you recharge both case and PSP at the same time. Unfortunately, there isn't room for either the AC adapter or the extension cable inside the case, so you'll have to carry them outside of it when on the go. The recessed latch on the outside of the case holds tightly, so you don't have to worry about it accidentally opening.
