This moderate-size bag is soft with thick protective padding plus fleece lining around the main compartment. Two long padded dividers can be adjusted to fix your equipment snugly. The long top flap, which extends down the front, has both a dual zipper lock plus a snap lock. There is a shallow storage pocket inside the flap and another zippered pocket on the front of the bag (under the flap) that is subdivided to keep things organized.
