Because there are no components other than the roughly 7x7 speaker/microphone, you can bring this Bluetooth product anywhere and use it as a speakerphone. You can also plug in a headset for private conversations.

A single multifunction button lets you engage, disengage and answer calls. Meanwhile, a scroll dial allows you to adjust volume. Output is generally loud enough, but the sound isn't as rich as on some higher-end devices. Microphone sensitivity, however, is excellent. Once charged, the HF820 can get about 12 hours of talk time and up to 100 hours of standby, but unfortunately only a cigarette-lighter adapter is included. Overall, this is a compact well-designed product that offers easy operation and a lot of versatility.
