The Lawn-Boy Insight Platinum 10795 self-propelled gas mower has set a new industry standard for high performance, comfort and ease of use. Every part of the mower is extraordinarily easy to use, from the comfortable foam handle that is easy to grip and decreases vibration, to large radius wheels that roll smoothly for easier maneuvering over rough terrain. We were impressed by how quick and simple it was to switch between each cutting system -- mulching, side discharging or rear bagging -- and by how well each system performed. A tri-notch blade and 21-inch deep dome deck made of cast aluminum produce a nice quality cut and a fine quality mulch. Cutting is also more efficient due to a very tight tolerance between the deck and the edge of the blade (less than 1/4 inch), which creates a better vortex. And a better vortex results in grass being chopped and re-chopped into a super fine mulch. The deep dome deck, tri-notch blade and hi-vac lift all work together to deliver superior bagging and mulching performance. We also found the Easy Lift Bag to be the ultimate in effortless. The bag quickly lifts with just one hand and easily drops right back into place, saving time since there is no spring-loaded rear door with which to contend.

Other user-friendly features include a bail control that is flat instead of round (easier on the hands), an easy-to-adjust handle height and a simple step-on lever that allows the mower's handle to fold in a flash for space-saving storage. Step on the lever once to fold the handles in the 90-degree position, or step twice to fold the handles flat. There's even a place to hang the bag on the handle. Easy height adjustments of the mowing deck include numbered stops on each wheel ranging from 1 to 4.5 inches -- a range that can handle any grass type or mowing situation you may have. And inset wheels give the added edge of being able to move in close when trimming next to flowerbeds, edging or other obstacles.

The power behind this mower is packaged in a lightweight Honda GCV 160 Engine, a low-emission, quiet and highly efficient 4-cycle overhead valve engine designed with an Auto Return Choke System (ARCS), automatically opening the choke for faster and more reliable starts.
