KitchenAid calls this 7.0-cubic-foot dryer a "Super Capacity Plus" model. It uses a combination of switches and a rotary knob to control its various functions. One switch selects the drying temperature, another activates the extended no-heat Extra Care cycle on and off, while a third turns the end-of-cycle audible signal on or off. A rotary knob allows you to choose sensor, timed, or air tumble cycles, with a degree-of-dryness setting within each cycle. Automatic cycles are humidistat controlled. The automatic-dry cycle has settings for normal and permanent-press loads. There's an interior light, and a drying rack is an optional accessory. This model is available in white or almond.
