Kicker KQ5 auto equalizer

The Kicker KQ5 is a semi-parametric equalizer, with five bands for precise sonic control. We say "semi-parametric" because although the center frequencies can be controlled, the KQ5 cannot adjust the Q, or the width or narrowness, of the bands. The KQ5 has variable center frequencies for each band, with a 12dB boost or cut.
There are two sets of inputs, so this unit can function as a source selector. Each of the front and rear channel outputs have a dedicated volume fader control for easy adjustment of the output signal, and the output is a very substantial 7 volts. There is a clipping indicator LED to ensure that the KQ5 isn't being overloaded, and the system's illumination can be selected as either amber or green.
When combined with a Kicker amplifier, the KQ5's bass boost can function as a remote control for the amp's bass response. The dash-mountable KQ5 is a competent equalizer that will enhance just about any system, and it will really prove its worth when used in conjunction with a Kicker amplifier.Warranty
