An ideal tool for those who are unable to do the bending and lifting required to mop, this floor-cleaning gadget definitely has its place. With a small 1-piece tank for solution and waste water collection, this machine applies cleaning solution to the floor, brushes it a bit and then vacuums it up. The cleaning is not as thorough as cleaning by hand, but for many with limited mobility, the cost of this machine makes it a worthwhile purchase.

Before you buy, make sure you are willing to make plenty of trips to the sink to fill, empty and refill the small tank on this cleaner. Unless your floor space is very limited, multiple trips are sure to be required.

If your primary interest in this model is for carpet care, you'd be better served to invest in a good quality vacuum cleaner and/or a carpet steamer. These other products will produce far better results.
