The Karcher Electric Sweeper K50 is the perfect tool for a quick pickup of dirt. The K50 hangs inconspicuously on the wall while charging and awaiting the need to clean up a food spill, dog hair, or tracked-in dirt. Best for use on firm surfaces, this model works well on tile, wood, and linoleum, but struggles to clean up messes on many carpet styles, especially those with deep pile.

The design of this unit is similar to a broom, only it has vacuum power and an attached dustpan. Light in weight, it relies on a powered roller brush that rotates both forward and backward to push accumulated debris into the covered pan. To empty, you simply slide out the dustpan and dump it -- exactly as you would with a traditional dustpan.

Appropriate only for fast, little jobs, the Karcher K50 holds a charge for a maximum of 20 minutes. Then it's back to the charger for this broom vac, where it awaits its next call to duty. Should you have a problem with this model while under warranty, Karcher will replace it instead of requiring you to wait for a warranty repair.
