The JVC AV-20F476 is a compact 20-inch TV that is attractively designed for use with other components as well as regular TV viewing. The flat picture tube reduces glare and distortion, and it is equipped with a 3-line digital comb filter to eliminate dot crawl and rainbow effects. Edges look sharp, and colors are lively and realistic. Front audio/video inputs, a headphone jack, and controls are located below the screen, while stereo speakers are placed on either side of the silver cabinet.
For a small and relatively inexpensive set, the AV-20F476 has impressive features, including a selection of five video presets to accommodate different types of programming. The built-in speakers, rated at 7.5 watts of audio output per channel, can be set to create a surround sound effect, or the audio can be output to external speakers.
The rear panel contains an additional audio/video input, an S-video input, and a set of component video inputs for use with a DVD player, VCR, and other devices. A universal remote control completes the package, and it has a comfortable layout of buttons that can be used to control up to three components.Warranty
