Inglesina Trip Stroller

Date Published: 6/8/07

What's not to love about the Inglesina Trip Stroller? It's lightweight, easy to use and has the dashing good looks of a stroller twice its price.

Unlike most umbrella strollers, the Inglesina has several features one would expect to find on larger luxury strollers. It has a five-point harness, a canopy with a peek-through window, an underseat storage basket and, best of all, a reclining seat. We find it a simple task to place the seat in one of four reclining positions. This option makes the Inglesina Trip Stroller ideal for outings, whether you're trekking around the block or strolling the boardwalk on vacation. Sleepy tots can drift off in comfort (no more painful neck bobbing), thanks to the reclining seat. Keep in mind that you'll want to retrieve items out of the underseat storage basket before you fully recline the seat. Once the seat is fully reclined, the basket isn't easily accessible.

The Inglesina Trip Stroller's ergonomically designed handles won't give parents any extra aches. In fact, the handles are taller than most handles we've seen on lightweight strollers. This is a benefit for taller parents, but could pose a challenge for petite parents. The stroller's built-in cup holder is a plus, and accepts most brands of bottled water with ease. The Inglesina Trip Stroller is easy to fold (we've been able to do it with one hand!), but be sure you have two hands ready when it's time to unfold the stroller.

While the Inglesina Trip Stroller costs more than some lightweight strollers, it is durable, convenient and attractive -- a winning combination for busy parents.

Pros: Four-position recline, storage, ergonomic handles
Cons: Costs more than some

Warranty
1 year, limited
