AnyTime Organizer Deluxe 10 is one of the most user-friendly personal information managers we've seen in a long time. It's also one of the most budget-friendly.
If you currently use a Day Planner, you will find it very easy to adjust to AnyTime Organizer Deluxe, because its various sections have a similar look and feel. If you don't currently use any kind of planning tool, you shouldn't have any trouble getting the hang of using AnyTime Organizer Deluxe, because its interface is logical and intuitive.
You can view and print a calendar by day, week, month, or year. Adding an entry to any of the views is a simple matter of double-clicking the day or time slot. Unfortunately, as is true of most PIMs, there's no option to enlarge the font, so entries can be a bit difficult for older eyes to read.
When you add an entry to your calendar, it includes start and end times, duration, a description, and an alarm, if appropriate. You can also add notes, as well as tag it with the relevant group category, such as business, holiday, or birthday. Calendar entries may also be color-coded for easy reference.
Adding an entry to the Address Book is just as easy. You can enter simple or detailed information for any entry, including name, address, phone number, email address, notes, a URL, and driving directions, as well as add notes or flag it with a category.
Other features include an Expense list, a To Do list, a Notebook, a Password Organizer, and a Time Zone Clock, if you want to check the time at another location around the world. If you activate this feature, it will add a Time Zone Clock to your desktop.
