Standing approximately 9 inches high, 7-1/2 inches deep, and 5-1/2 inches wide, this unit is small enough to store on the counter top or in a cabinet or drawer. The recessed base conveniently stores the cord out of sight.

This unit features a bowl-size adjuster, which keeps small amounts of food closer to the blades, thereby improving the overall chopping performance. A powerful 175-watt motor is operated via a one-touch pulse control button, which starts/stops the chopping action. The lid locks into place during use and has an opening for adding oil or other liquids while the motor is running. A custom spatula, great for scraping the contents out of the bowl, stores conveniently on the back of the chopper.

When preparing liquid ingredients, the bowl's capacity should not exceed 1 cup. All parts except motor base can be washed in hot soapy water or in the top rack of the dishwasher.
