The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor 67650 is a fast, powerful, easy-to-use juice extractor. This unit has an extra-wide 3-inch chute, which fits whole foods such as apples, carrots, oranges, and tomatoes. The powerful 1.1-horsepower motor quickly extracts juices from all types of fruits and vegetables for an instant healthy drink.

The motor base contains the on/off toggle switch and two die-cast metal locking latches. A plastic strainer bowl mounts on top of the motor base and holds the stainless-steel strainer basket. The plastic juicer cover with feed chute fits over the strainer bowl. The two locking latches hold the strainer bowl and cover securely in place. A removable plastic pulp container attaches to the side. The completely assembled Big Mouth Pro measures 10 inches long by 7 inches wide by 14.25 inches tall.

Also included with this machine is a plastic cylindrical food pusher, which is used to push food down into the chute for juicing, and a 20-ounce juice cup and scrub brush.

To use, assemble the juicer, making sure the locking latches are in place. Next, add washed fruits and/or vegetables to the feed chute with the motor running and gently guide the food down the chute with the food pusher. The juice instantaneously flows into your waiting glass. All of the separated pulp accumulates in the pulp container.

Fruits and vegetables such as melons or oranges should be peeled prior to juicing. All fruits with large seeds and pits such as peaches or cherries must be pitted first. The collected pulp can be used in other food preparation such as thickening of soups, and is also great for garden compost. The included booklet contains many delicious recipes for healthy drink concoctions such as "Vitamin C Zing," "Calcium Builder" and "Liquid Fire." There are also recipes for using the leftover pulp.

This unit is easy to assemble and disassemble. Inserting a plastic bag into the pulp container makes cleaning even easier. All of the plastic removable parts are dishwasher safe. The included cleaning brush is an effective tool for cleaning the stainless-steel strainer basket.
