The 160VX is compatible with gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions. Like most other remote starters, it has a starter kill-switch that turns off the engine if any pedals are pressed or the transmission is shifted without the key in the ignition. You can program how long you want the engine to run, with settings of 12, 24, and 60 minutes (using Bitwriter, you can select any time between 0 and 60 minutes).
