The DeLonghi Air Stream Convection Toaster Oven is a scaled-down countertop convection oven. An exclusive turbo fan distributes heat within the oven for fast, even cooking. The heat distribution means quicker cooking time-up to 30 percent faster than standard ovens. This unit's other specialty feature is its multi-level cooking capability, with two separate wire racks that allow simultaneous cooking of extra batches or two different items simultaneously. Three control dials let you select function (broil, toast, bake, fan bake), oven on/toast color (from light to dark), and temperature (from keep warm/200 degrees to broil/450 degrees). An indicator light signals when the oven has reached the desired temperature. Remove one of the trays and you've got an extra-large capacity that can handle oversize roasts, pies, and casseroles. This unit comes with a DuraStone enameled porcelain bake pan, broil rack, and two cookie sheets. Other features include a full-view glass door and interior oven light which let you monitor cooking progress, DuraStone coated interior for easier cleanup, removable crumb tray, and cord storage.
