In this oven, air is heated in a separate chamber, then forced into the oven and continuously circulated. The result is some of the most even cooking around, especially for multi-rack baking.

A double model, each oven offers three racks with six positions, self-cleaning and convection. The controls are all electronic and include two kitchen timers. One of the first models to offer halogen lighting and stable glide-racks, this oven has been a favorite of ours for some time. The success of this model has encouraged Dacor to update its external styling to keep up with current trends. As a result, you can now find the ECD230 in black, white or stainless steel with trims of black, brass, chrome or copper. It's also available in a 27-inch version, the ECD227.
