Cub Cadet Garden Tractor GTX2654

This one is for the big yards. With 26-horsepower and a 54-inch triple-blade cutting deck, this monster machine doesn’t want much to do with city lots, unless they’re on estates. The Briggs & Stratton V-twin engine is an Intek ELS model, and is controlled through a pedal-drive high-low transmission. There is an electric power take-off at the top of a long, long list of accessories. The cast-iron front axle will still be going when some lighter-duty models have folded in two, and the step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting from the tractor easy. Extra-wide rear fenders keep cuttings and clippings off the operator’s back, and the square-shoulder tires give excellent traction. The hourmeter helps keep track of use, making holding to maintenance intervals a lot simpler. This tractor also accepts ground-engaging attachments (plows, snow throwers, tillers, and similar useful items).
