The Cosco Summit High Back can be used as a LATCH-equipped forward-facing car seat with a five-point harness for children from 22 to 40 pounds. When used this way, the car seat has three positions in which it can recline. For children weighing from 30 to 100 pounds, it can be used as a belt-positioning booster. Plus, it can accommodate children up to 52 inches in height. Better yet, with three harness positions that can be adjusted without rethreading the harness, there's no need to stress over re-attaching everything when a child grows.

The addition of a storage compartment and cup holder that can slide out when needed are features we like. The car seat's armrests, although we feel they could be larger and more padded, do adjust easily with the push of a button. We like the look of this car seat's plush cover and the car seat's passenger seemed very comfortable in the padded car seat.
