The roasting rack and interior of the pan are covered with a three-ply nonstick surface, so extra oils and butter are not needed to keep foods from sticking. It has two sturdy, stay-cool, cast stainless steel handles on each side for easy lifting and transporting.  This piece is oven safe to 450° F and can be used on gas stoves, as well as electric coil, and glass smooth top type stoves. Plastic coated or wooden utensils can be used with this pan.
