The heavy gauge copper outer layer is an excellent conductor of heat, and combined with the aluminum core, disperses heat evenly across the base to heat the stainless steel interior that creates the ideal cooking surface that is easy to clean. The long, stay-cool handle is riveted to the side of the pan for extra strength and durability, and helps prevent burns.
