The Circulon Toss and Turn Pan 80351 is designed with a unique sloped high-back wall to facilitate a tossing motion when cooking meats, vegetables, and more. Made from hard-anodized aluminum, with Circulon's patented Total Hi-low food release system, the Toss and Turn Pan is ideal for cooking omelettes, pancakes, and other breakfast foods; creating quick stir fries; or even cooking Salisbury steak, shrimp, and pasta dishes.

The Hi-low food release system consists of a unique grooved nonstick surface, which lines the bottom of the pan so only a small portion of the surface area gets exposed to the everyday wear and tear of stirring and scraping. It not only prevents but also adds to the durability of the nonstick surface.

Part saucepan, part frying pan, the Toss and Turn Pan has an 8-inch disk base that tapers out to a 10.5-inch-diameter mouth. The pan has an angled handle with a hard black plastic stay-cool grip. A 10.5-inch glass lid is available separately for $19.99. The Circulon Toss and Turn Pan can be used with traditional gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and solid plate burners. It is oven safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
