The Chantal Party Pan 25-300 ENS is part of Chantal's Cook & Serve collection and features a core of carbon steel, coated on the inside and out with a hard German enamel finish. Part skillet, part wok, the Chantal Party Pan is ideal for cooking stovetop or oven casseroles, deglazing sauces or roasting cut-up vegetables. Available in six vibrant colors (cobalt blue, cinnabar, curry yellow, garden green, chili red, or classic white), the pan is as beautiful for serving as it is for cooking.

The pan has a 7.5-inch flat base with sloped sides that taper out to an 11.5-inch opening. A clear tempered glass domed lid sits securely atop the pan. Both the lid and pan have stainless-steel contoured rims, which are designed to nest together forming a moisture-tight seal that locks in nutrients, flavors, and natural juices. The lid features a triangular stainless-steel open ring-style knob, which is secured to the glass with an inner washer and screw. The pan has two side ring-style handles, which are permanently welded to either side, providing a safe, firm grip. The cooking surface features the same hard glossy enamel, which is non-porous and won't react with foods, and has a natural stick-resistant finish for easy cleanup. The pan (without its lid) is oven and broiler safe up to the highest temperatures, and is also suitable for all cooktops, including induction. The lid is ovensafe up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

The enamel finish is impervious to most chipping and scratching; however, to maintain the original beauty of the pan, avoid steel wool scouring pads and other abrasive cleaning agents, as well as sharp knives or electric beaters. For most cooking, a low to moderate heat setting is sufficient to reach the desired cooking temperature, since the carbon steel heats quickly.
