Canon's impressive imageCLASS MF5750 laser multifunction device provides excellent print quality and a strong list of features for a busy home office environment.

The imageCLASS MF5750's printer offers a 1200 by 600 dpi resolution and can print at speeds up to 21 ppm. The laser print engine only works in black, though, and the unit only works with Windows computers.

The copier feature runs at speeds up to 21 ppm. You can use the copier's 50-page automatic document feeder or the glass flatbed surface for making copies. Unfortunately, the imageCLASS MF5750' s copier only resizes originals between 50 and 20o percent, which is a smaller range than competitors' machines.

The imageCLASS MF5750's scanner runs at a maximum optical resolution of 1200x2400 dpi.

Finally, the unit's fax function is very good, offering sending speeds up to 20 ppm. It can store up to 256 pages in memory if the 250-sheet paper tray is empty.
