We decided to hide the receivers in obscure places, and placed one inside a box, one under a sofa seat cushion, one in a kitchen cupboard and one under a rug. Once again, the Smart Find wireless transmitter located each item in seconds. The alarm is loud enough to be easily heard but is never deafening, even if the lost item is only a few inches away.
