Brita UltraMax Smart Dispenser water filtration device

Brita's UltraMax Smart Dispenser is equipped with a "smart" electronic filter change indicator that literally counts down the time remaining before the filter should be replaced.
Each filter is designed to last for two months or about 40 gallons depending on the amount of water consumed. When filled to capacity, this unit delivers 18 8-ounce cups of water.
The Brita Dispenser is one of the easiest, most convenient, and most economical ways of keeping clean, clear, fresh-tasting drinking water chilled and ready for immediate consumption. The Dispenser consists of a clear plastic water reservoir (approximately 8.5 inches wide x 14 inches deep x 8.5 inches tall) with white plastic fill bin and filter holder, and white lid.
A pour spout with handle is located on the front of the unit, providing handy access for filling cups, ice cube trays, pitchers, tea kettles, and other containers. The entire container sits in your refrigerator, ideally on an upper shelf so you can position a glass underneath the pour spout. The flip-down handle releases water in a steady stream and also locks down for filling a pitcher or coffeepot.
The Brita UltraMax Smart Dispenser filter utilizes activated carbon and ion exchange resin, which work together to reduce lead, mercury, copper, benzene, sediment, chlorine (taste and odor), and other impurities from your tap water.
