Bosch Integra HDI7282U slide-in dual-fuel range

Bosch's Integra HDI7282U is a fine-looking range with even finer features. It combines high-output sealed gas burners with an excellent, even-heating electric convection oven, and both aspects offer terrific performance.
We like the heavy build of this range, which makes it a durable, reliable choice for the long term. The HDI7282U is especially well-suited to those who want more than a basic range but are unwilling to spend the amount of money that a truly commercial-style range commands.
This model offers one high-output burner that puts out 16,000 Btu and two smaller -- yet still powerful -- burners that produce 12,500 Btu. In a further nod to commercial ranges, this model offers three burners with good simmer control and one burner with Optisim -- Bosch's ultimate low-simmer burner setting.
The more selective cook will appreciate some of the fine details that this Bosch slide-in offers. In particular, they'll like the full-extension glide rack; this rack securely pulls all the way out of the convection oven and stays stable for easy loading and unloading of heavy items, such as roasts and holiday birds.
Other great features are the temperature probe, for accurate cook-by-temperature meat roasting, and the large, full-width warming drawer. In fact, we find little not to like about this range; the HDI7282U will cost you more than a run-of-the-mill range, but with its dual fuel configuration and plenty of extras, your money will be well spent.
