BodyCraft XPress Strength Training System

Date Published: 6/20/02

BodyCraft built the XPress Strength Training System with quality visible to the eye. The heavy frame has a Silver Vein finish and double-stitched vinyl upholstery with added lumbar support to provide extra comfort to the user.

Although it's a little intimidating at first glance, you'll soon discover that you've gotten a lot for your money with the XPress Strength Training System from BodyCraft. There's a bench press station, cable station, ab crunch station, low and high pulley stations, leg extension station, curl station, and an optional leg press station.

The optional leg press station adds about $400 to the price, but for the complete full-leg workout is well worth the cost. In addition to the workout stations, the perforated steel weight stack enclosure not only makes for quieter workouts, it looks better, too.

With all the different exercises that can be done on the BodyCraft XPress Strength Training System, it’s easy to develop a sport-specific program.
