Baker's Secret Flexible Silicone Bakeware is made from FDA-approved food-grade silicone, which is tough enough to withstand oven temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and freezer temperatures to -50 degrees Fahrenheit. Similar to traditional baking pans, the edges get hot so oven mitts should be used when handling.
