To regulate the frequency, the user simply puts a finger above the bottle to cover or uncover a hole, which in turn regulates the suction frequency. Initially, we thought this would be an inconvenience, but we didn't find it caused a problem. Some users may prefer the option to collect milk into freezer-friendly bags instead, but we didn't find it a problem to transfer the milk when needed.

That said, there are a few parts that may need to be replaced over time, including the pump filter and flanges.

The pump comes with a black CaringBag with insulated tote with ice pack, four extra bottles with two-piece lids and an instructional DVD. While the carrying case is discreet, the sound of the pump is not. One can hold a conversation while using it, but the noise level and the noise of the suction certainly won't keep the pump's use a secret. That said, using an electric dual breast pump such as this would allow one to pump breast milk quickly and efficiently. Overall, the Bailey Deluxe Nurture III Double Electric Breast Pump performs just as well as higher priced models, and can be a real advantage for working moms.
