Baby Trend Symmetry Stroller 5578

There's a lot to like about the Baby Trend Symmetry Stroller 5578, particularly if you're looking for a convenient, easy-to-operate stroller.
Like most full-size strollers, the Baby Trend Symmetry has a five-point harness to safely secure its passenger. We like the harness because it is simple to buckle, doesn't pinch our fingers and has wide straps that don't easily twist. The seat has ample padding, but the seat cushions or covers do not easily detach for cleaning. We like the ability to recline the seat to multiple positions.
We also like the fact that the Baby Trend Symmetry Stroller has dual front wheels, and that all four wheels are larger -- 7 inches in front, 8 inches in back -- than those typically found on other lightweight strollers. However, this stroller does not have all-wheel suspension. The addition of all-wheel suspension would have added to the stroller passenger's comfort.
When it comes to the oversized canopy, however, we couldn't be happier. This generous canopy keeps the sun, wind and other elements away from a baby's tender skin and eyes. The underseat storage basket is another thoughtful addition. It's bigger than most and we find it easily holds a diaper bag or other necessities. The Baby Trend Symmetry Stroller has a parent tray with two cup-holders, as well as a removable child tray with a cup holder. Plus, it folds compactly and easily -- with just the touch of one hand. The Symmetry is compatible with Baby Trend's Latch-Loc infant car seat (it's included!), and with the addition of a car seat, we like the option to transform the Symmetry to a travel system.
Pros: Large wheels, large canopy, lots of storage
Cons: Doesn't have all-wheel suspension
