If you have a valuable collection of books, documents, or artwork, consider Amerex's Water Mist Extinguisher B272.
It's filled with de-ionized water, under pressure, making it suitable for extinguishing most common fires--except those involving flammable liquids (Class B fires). Water filled extinguishers are environmentally friendly and easy to use.
This one contains 2.5 gallons of water and releases it in a fine spray to reduce the scattering of burning materials. Discharge time is 80 seconds and the range is 10 to 12 feet.
