Amcor MD250 dehumidifier

Date Published: 1/8/07

Okay, let's get this out of the way right off the bat: The Amcor MD250 dehumidifier is not only small, it's teeny tiny. With a weight of just more than 2 pounds and a water tank capacity of just a pint, this -- literally -- pint-sized product is designed for spot dehumidification or helping to dry up spills. If you are looking for a high-powered dehumidifier to dry out your damp basement, keep looking.

That said, the Amcor MD250 dehumidifier is just fine for incredibly small tasks and fits easily just about anyplace. Barely bigger than a clock radio, the MD250 dehumidifier runs quietly and uses a small amount of energy, which you'd expect from such a compact product. It doesn't have a lot of the user-friendly luxuries of bigger models, but it does feature a washable air filter and an automatic on/off switch that turns off when the tank is full. Oh, and did we mention that the MD250 dehumidifier from Amcor is small?

Pros: Portable, quiet
Cons: Small with a tiny water tank capacity

Warranty
1 year, limited
