DESC: The Berkel FMS20 20 qt. planetary mixer features 5 speeds (4 fixed plus a blend speed) for flexibility and consistent results This blend speed is designed to slowly accelerate the mixer to reduce product splashout. Its electronically controlled 1 hp motor and belt drive system, coupled with the EasyShift motor drive design, provide a blend of energy efficiency, quick and smooth speed changes, and long life. This Berkel FMS20 comes standard with a durable stainless steel bowl, bowl guard, a spiral dough hook, batter beater, wire whip, and an ingredient chute. Berkels innovative two point mounting system makes installing and removing the bowl quick and easy, while an operator safety interlock prevents the mixer from running if the bowl guard is removed, opened, or if the bowl is lowered. The Berkel FMS20 can be operated continuously or by a 15 minute timer that will automatically shut off the machine. Ergonomically designed moisture resistant switches enhance its userfriendliness.
